     Rosemary brings 30 years of professional experience in community economic development, marketing and sales in the New York City   and Knoxville areas.  This includes being a licensed realtor in the states of Tennessee (2000- present) and New York (1984-1990) where I assist hundreds of families to Buy, Sell, Invest and   provide Consultation.  Real estate is more than my business.  It is my commitment to foster home ownership, hence creating better communities for your family and mine.   During my 13 years as a Realtor, I have earned a Broker's License and  several  designations to include  Accredited Buyers Rep (ABR), Real Estate Technology Professional (E-Pro),  Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) as well as proven experiences in REO  Management/Sales, Short Sales/Loss Mitigation, First Time Buyers and  New construction.   Real estate is local, but through technology and national network of real estate professionals, we can assist with buying and selling nationally and internationally. Rosemary has  lived  in the Knoxville area since the early 1990’s and has one son, Fredrick,  who is a recent graduate of the University of Tennessee/Chattanooga. He majored in Communications and relocated to the Atlanta area in pursuit of his professional endeavors.  Rosemary holds academic degrees (master’s level), is an avid writer, problem solver and once received a “think out of the box” award.  She is a proven professional and committed to providing just-in-time, exemplary service.
